A whirlwind 4 months!

I can't believe my baby boy is already 4 months old! I have no idea how that happened so fast. It seems like every day he's learning new things. He's got a bunch of cute new noises. He has more or less full control of his hands and can reach for things he wants (including mommy's hair!). He's found his toes and is constantly trying to pull them to his face to chew on them -- which is what he does with just about anything he gets in his hands. The doctor thinks he's teething already but said it most likely will be a few more months until actually cuts a tooth.

Owen seems to be doing better with his reflux, most days. So we're trying to work on transitioning him to his own bed and eventually his own room. We never planned on co-sleeping but it just kind of happened. As much as I know we need to get him in his own bed (for both of us), I'll miss having the little snugglebunny with me at night. But we definitely need to restore some semblance of normalcy back in our house where I don't have to go to bed at 9:30 just to keep Owen asleep.

Tonight I put him down at 8:30 and laid with him for a half hour or so and then left. And so far so good. Fingers crossed!
