I don't know how we got so lucky to be blessed with such an adorable, well-tempered, patient, happy little baby. But he continually amazes us! He was all smiles the whole time -- through the shopping, through the Santa line, and on Santa's lap. In fact, when Santa took him, he turned and look him in the face and gave him the sweetest grin. That's my boy! Mommy loves Santa too :)
After the Santa festivities, he fussed for a just a minute or two and fell asleep right in my arms. He slept through one more store and then all the way to the car and all the way back home. We stopped to get a Christmas tree and he was great there, too. More and more he proves what the pediatrician said when he was born: "He's just perfect."

Santa was really great with him and informed us that our little guy has quite the big Christmas list! Oh, and funny, we ended up seeing Santa at Bass Pro Shops. I know it seems random but it was a great set-up and Santa was wonderful. Andy heard about it on TV -- they do a big Christmas Wonderland in the store. There's even a coloring/arts and crafts station for the kids while mom and dad wait in line. And the wait was nothing. Plus you get a free photo and the packages to purchase are really affordable. I'm sure we'll be back there for our future Santa photo needs.
