The punkin and the pumpkins

Yesterday we took Owen to a local farm not far from the house to buy a pumpkin and take the obligatory baby and pumpkin pictures. He was a little young yet for the festivities, which we knew, but we're really looking forward to bringing him back next year! Hayrides, make your own scarecrows, pick your own pumpkins ... good stuff!

We got a nice pumpkin along with cider, apple butter and yummy salsa. I could go nuts at a place like that, but I showed restraint.
