Baby's room is finished!

Andy and I finished the baby's room today. We put the crib together yesterday and put all the finishing touches together today. It's so cute! I can't wait to seem him sleeping in his little crib surrounded by Winnie the Pooh :)

Here's pictures for everyone who hasn't seen them on Facebook.

I've got an important doctor's appointment tomorrow. I should find out more about the weird findings from our ultrasound Thursday. I go to a specialist for those because my doc's office just does basic ultrasounds -- nothing fancy. So I haven't had a chance to talk to my doctor yet. But for the first time we were told that the baby is really small for his gestational age. Just a few weeks ago he was shaping up to be quite a big boy. It has to do primarily with his abdomen size, which I don't really understand. So Andy and I were pretty confused and didn't really know what to ask.

Now I'm far more prepared and armed with questions that I'll tackle tomorrow with my regular OB. The perinatologist (fancy specialized OB) did say that we shouldn't worry because the baby is perfectly healthy. He said that I'm not resting enough which is causing less oxygen to get to the baby and that apparently is to blame for his small abdomen. Like I said, I don't really understand it, but hopefully all will be made clear tomorrow. Until then, I've just been trying to take it easy and get more rest.

In other baby news, he is still breech so depending on what my doctor says tomorrow, we'll likely end up scheduling the c-section. The date may depend on how this adbomen size thing plays out but there's a chance when I do my blog update tomorrow I could be announcing our baby's birthday too!

Stay tuned!
