We went back to the doctor on Friday to hear the heartbeat and for my regular pregnancy checkup. We also got all the results back on all the tests we've had done. And there's no 100% guarantee for anything I guess, but test results all came back negative for cystic fibrosis and genetic defects like Down Syndrome. So that's all good news. In addition my blood pressure was great and everything's on track.
Andy recorded the heartbeat -- 166 beats per minute. As soon as I can figure out how to contact Blogger Support, then I'll be able to post it. For some reason, I keep getting error. Until then, take my word, it's cute :)
We go back to my regular doc in 4 weeks and off to the lab a couple weeks after that for another ultrasound. That one will be the one where we get to find out the sex of the baby! I'll keep you all posted.
